AOL Billed me and I never signed up! Ripoff! Dulles Virginia
I received a call from an AOL rep(a pushy one I might add), telling me how excited he was to let me know that "as a current AOL customer", I was entitled to some kind of awards program. I never even signed up for anything form AOL ever I told him. I told him that I did not need the service and to cancel it immediately. Three months later I was still being billed. It is a nightmare trying to resolve this issue. This is a greedy evil company that should be done away with altogether.
