Aol ripoff, fraudulent billing, created a second account which is on no record anywhere,continues to change collection agencies Internet, Jacksonville Florida.
Same story as numerous others. buy a computer, comes with free aol service. try to cancel, they won't let you. i've kept every tid-bit of information-names, dates, printed on-line conversations, letters, and bills. they still won't leave me alone. they created a second account to bill me for $23.90! Can you believe it? I guess they think people will give in & pay even a small amount, so they can help pay their legal bill for all of the class action suits!
