This post is in return to the fabricated and inaccurate information that has been posted in this report. I have come to the point to where I can no longer ignore the fictitious posts, which I might add are utterly incomprehensible, regarding Apex Credit Services, LLC, Jason Wade Barnette and myself (the wife a/k/a Nichole Barnette). I am in no way affiliated with Apex Credit Services, LLC. My name which by the way, is not listed correctly in these reports (you claim that you have my personal information therefore one would think you would get the name correct!) is not listed on any business, legal or financial documents associated with Apex Credit Services, LLC. By the way the monitoring service has been working great for years!

I have to say that you and Fred are just like little kids writing on bathroom walls. I mean what you're saying is just stupid. Go back to school and get an education wherein you can spell and form a proper sentence. Again, and just to dispel the lie once more, Mr. Barnette is a licensed attorney. All you needed to do was check the licensing body in TN. However, you were too uneducated to even get that right and/or intentionally defamed him once more. Fred a/k/a Sam: Half of what you said I could not comprehend because it was in such poor syntax it was incomprehensible. Still, and I will say this again, my wife has nothing to do with this business. Your inclusion of her name only shows that you have no ethics. I have no idea what monitoring service your referencing so I can't address that. Moving forward, your statements as to creditors are ridiculous and do not warrant a reply. Nonetheless, it does imply that you are with Jason Mapp's crew. I suppose will find out through discovery after the IL Attorney General's Office contacts you or our subpeona does. As for me being a "non-licensed attorney", again, just another lie. All you have to do is search the TN Board of Professional Responsibility. Right there I am.
