First let me say I have been doing business with Apple Computer corp. for years no starting with my first Powerbook the g3 pismo. I have bought several products from them both for myself and as gifts. In the last several years Apple has been going downhill quick and will probably be requiring a bailout from the government to keep from filing bankrupt if they continue to screw over there customers.

My latest buy besides software is the P.O.S. Macbook Pro which I have had several problems with non of which covered under the extended warranty that I purchased from apple. The lastest and final straw for me was the battery like all apple laptop batteries seem to do went bad after only 150 cycles it had a full charge capacity of 1200 mah when it should have 4700 mah after 300 cycles so say the apple.

anyway I called it in and was told it would be covered by the warranty and they would send a new one out. Here's the catch they needed a credit card number that they absolutely would not charge unless they did not receive the old battery. The next day my credit card was charged over $125 like 130 so I called them back and they kept putting me on hold then hanging up on me finally I was told apple did not cover batteries on warranty so they charged me for the part instead no big deal after buying seven over priced computers tons of apple software 9 ipods .mac account thousands of itunes purchases it is clear it's time to move on and take my money to someone I can do business with.
