The direction book has a phone # for ordering new filters. Every time I call them - regardless of the hour of the day - the recording says to call back during business hours. I have tried an 800 # and the operator says that number cannot be reached from my territory (I have NEVER had a problem calling an 800 # from my area. I have emailed the company twice and have gotten no response from them. My filter looks like it is covered with mold.
