This is a preliminary crook alert for ARIA SALEHPOUR.

DO NOT GET INTO ANY BUSINESS, REAL ESTATE, LOAN OR ANY DEAL WITH THIS CROOK!!

Aria Salepour is a walking FRAUD SCAM.

Mr. Salehpour was supposed to represent me as a real estate agent on a purchase and ended up costing me over $100,000 in damages after abandonning my real estate deal in retaliation for not also using him process the loan for the respective property I was buying.

Mr. Salehpour refused to place bids on properties unless the bids were at least as high as the asking price (he made up false stories about multiple bidders).

Then, Mr. Salehpour was determined that I was going to hand over the mortgage loan process to him as well claiming that his "sub prime 1% mortage deal" was the only way any smart person should go. When I repeatedly told him that I already have a loan agent who has pre-approved me, Mr. Salehpour repeatedly pushed and harrassed, until he finally retaliated by ABANDONNING the entire real estate transaction forcing me to go at it alone, pay thousands more. HE STILL GOT STOLE HIS PERCENTAGE AFTER ABANDONMENT.

The house I bought did not come with ANY of the deliverables that were in the sales contract and I have no idea where are the papers are years onward!

It gets much worse! Mr. Salehpour had, against our clearly stated intent, GONE AHEAD AND SECRETLY SIGNED ME UP FOR HIS OWN SUB PRIME LOAN WHICH HE HAD FRAUDULENTLY TOLD THE TITLE COMPANY THAT I HAD AGREED TO GO WITH HIM, THEREBY COSTING ME THOUSANDS MORE AND COMPLICATIONS THAT CONTINUE TO THIS DAY!! HE REFUSES TO ADDRESS ANY OF THESE ISSUES AND IS CONVINCED HE HAS GOTTEN AWAY WITH MURDER - HE HAS NOW GONE INTO HIDING.

I will continue to add details to my ordeal as there is much more, but I will say this: Mr. Salehpour also targets churches, other religious and other communitues by pretending he is devout follower in that group and then uses that opportunity to con people ("stupid people" in his own words), getting them into unbelievable and endless debts, bad real estate deals, with fraudulent claims. He has it all planned out on how he will promptly "rescue" these people once they are in financial crisis, and repeating the process all over agian. He wasted HOURS of my time wheeling and dealing with everyone he encountered instead of representing me and doing the job he was HIRED to do.

IF YOU KNOW OR HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS PERSON WARN EVERYONE HE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH IMMEDIATELY! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE OR HAVE BEEN CONNED INTO A LOAN, REPORT IT TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE AS WELL AS THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CORPORATIONS (IF YOU ARE ALSO A VICTIM OF MORTAGE FRAUD).
