I purchased an adorable, puppy to keep my chihuahua company a little over a yr ago, I heard excuses for NINE MONTHS and two puppys later, and NEVER received my money like Hundreds of people who have posted on these
complaint websites, www.pissedconsumer.com , etc. etc.
Bill Knell has relocated to Lebanon, Indiana , no longer in Gilbert, Arizona.
He is Victimizing people now from that location, the State Police in Indiana have already been to his house to collect money for victims of Bill Knells
Unfortunately, the Line of People is so long , I have not received my money as of yet.
Please, Report this man to the Attorney Generals Office in Indiana,
Everyone needs to do it that has been a victim of Bill Knell and Catherine Knell
