Complaint Review: Arnold Donszelmann - Millet Alberta

Arnold Donszelmanns Theft under $5000.00 trial is scheduled to begin August 18 2008 in Wetaskiwin AB. 0930 AM. Court room to be determined the day before the trial.

Wynne Grant is Arnold Donszelmann's wife. To aid in their various fraudulent schemes she uses her MAIDEN NAME at times, and other times her married name. There better be a criminal case against Wynne as lengthy as there is against her step-daughter Becky Donszelmann & Wynne's husband Arnold. Wynne has carefully plotted along with her husband to hide millions of dollars in assets all the while portraying the dumb housewife. NOT THE CASE. She's pure evil. NO doubt her off spring are the same. Her son Kendal Grant attends Trinity Western CHRISTIAN BIBLE COLLEGE - ALL PAID with victims monies from Arnold's & Wynne's fraud scams by past Leisure RV customers. Many of these victims / customers are going bankrupt and losing their homes. But they put their son in a fancy Christian expensive college. I'm sure the college would love to know how the Donszelmann / Grant family has paid for KENDAL's education!!! ALL WITH CRIMINAL MONEY. now that's one hell of a Christian upbringing if you ask me. Arnold is currently selling his property which includes THE LEISURE RV BUSINESS LOCATION. However Leisure RV still insists they're open for business. I cannot fathom what type of business they are open for as they have no license to sell anything. And if they attempt to get people into the management program to rent out RV's - they are still selling RV's to people in their SCAM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. They actually call it: Rental Location Manager program Under sneaky investigation with recordings and all, Becky & Steve attempted to get me to purchase RV's under this program. Furthermore asking me to front them $50,000.00 for a secured franchise exclusive location. It gets quite complicated from there. But basically I'm wondering why AMVIC does NOT send in their own undercover investigators to catch these cheating, lying pricks??? Why does the consumer have to do all these things to make certain the entire bunch of criminals in this entire family go to jail?!?! It will be a fine day once all victims get to push our way into court to watch the final moments of Wynne, Arnold, Becky and even Steve get their asses thrown in jail. Pure evil family. There is no other family out there that has amassed the vast amount of victims in their wake. The Donszelmann's / Grants. Pure evil. They know all they've done and now we're all fighting back. Evil will lose in the end but unfortunately how many MORE VICTIMS DOES THERE HAVE TO BE for the powers that be kick some a*s and just go get these people already?!!!! J. Jordan - btw - you should be ashamed to be Arnold's realtor. Shame on you for aiding a criminal like these guys. Do you have no morals or you just want to make money at any cost?

Synopsis of the ruling is as such: Arnold and a couple of cronies convinced a dying woman to fill out a fill in the blank type will. Leaving her portion of the her family farm to him. Her husband has been a ward of the Alberta Government for a number of years. After the woman dies Arnold tries to do a land titles change and gets caught. The Public Trustee for the Province of Alberta drags his crooked butt into court. He should of gone to jail over this scam as well. The kicker in all this is, the poor woman wasn't barely in the ground and Arnold had the house rented out to an employee of his from Leisure RV. If this doesn't show the depravity of this slug nothing does. Betcha on Sunday him and Wynne are in the front row of the church singing the loudest. Did you know this tidbit as well?? Wynne had an affair while she was married to a Church PASTOR to take up with Arnold Donszelmann. Yup a real upstanding citizen he is.NOT!!! Anything I have posted on here can be verified very easily.

Arnold has an upcoming criminal trial slated for August 2008 in Wetaskiwin AB for 1 count of theft under 5000.00, and with any luck another charge of Possession of Stolen Property will be added as well. So you can bet Arnold and Wynne will be there. Or he's really screwed. Failure to Appear can be added to the charge list. All the people he defrauded should show up, just to see this crook squirm. Have your lawyers there as well to serve whatever paperwork for lawsuits as well. He can't get away from process servers in the courthouse.

I suggest your lawsuits out there seize this house before it's sold because he's trying to leave the country for good to avoid the upcoming serious criminal charges against him!!!!!!!!!!!
