Artisan Flowers And Gift Ordered ripoff live floral arrangement to be delivered for Thanksgiving flowers delivered five days later, Monday after thanksgiving Vancouver British Colmubia
Checked on internet for florists in Chipley Florida where I wanted delivery to be made - Artisan Flowers and Gift came up as being in Chipley Florida(first scam) - Web site advised this arrangement would be next day delivery so I ordered on 11/22 to be delivered on 11/23 in time for Thanksgiving, as my daughter was having Thanksgiving guests. On 11/23 pm I called to check if flowers had been received - No delivery - I called the vendor and was advised that there was a new employee who had taken my order (nice supportive employer), but that the order would be cancelled and I would not be charged.
Five days later they delivered the flowers, did not cancel the charge, did not do what they advised they would do. When I received my credit card statement I realized they had not done as stated at all. I have been disputing this charge with my credit card company since that time - to date that is still pending. First the vendors present themselves falsely, second they don't do as they state on phone, third they sent no paper documentation of transactions, either billing or delivery - This business is evidently a fraud, stating where they are located, and also gives reputable business on the web a bad rap -
