i bought a transmission on the 12 of january and was told it would ship out in 3 days and they would call with tracking info after 6 days i called and the part still hadnt been shipped said it was going out that day called again the next day and still hadnt shipped.

talk to bruce was told that a new one had to be ordered and it was to get to them that day and would ship out the next.

called the next day and still nothing. finially on the 25th called and talked to brent and was told it was shipping tommorrow and he would call with the tracking info no supprise he never called.

i called on the 26th and was told by brent that it was shipped fed-ex so i could get it faster and he would call back later that day with tracking info well once again he never called so i called on the 27th and was told by elvin that the part was shipped but not by fed-ex he gaveme the freight info and phone number so i called the freight company and was told that the part was picked up on the 25th at night so when i talked to brent on the 26th and he told me it went overnight mail he lied.

thats not all. so the freight compny told me the address it was to ship to and belive it or not wrong address and they said they couldnt change it so once again i called asap back talked to elvin he told me he would call and get it fixed well.

i called the freight company back 2hrs later and nothing so i called once again and tryed to talk to Dina Armstrong the supervisor and thank god for cell phone logs i was on hold for over a hours and she still never came on the line then i called back the rest of the day and of course by then they new me and i was eather put on hold for ungodly lenght of time with noone coming back on the line or was told she was busy.

and they would have her call me back well i havent heard a word and dont know if i will get that low milage transmission i was promissed. how is this company still in business?there web site states fast shipping lie,low milage transmissions lie, and then all the reports of them sending the wrong parts then trying to charge the customers a restocking fee is beyond belive.

so i have made it my mission to make this company pay. i have sent letters to the texas attorny gerneral,the better business buera,the news papers,tv station,and radio station in houston . aslo federal trade commision,and the federal bureau of investigation.

and will continue to send the same letters every week untill this is stopped.

please contact me through the rebuttal key if you also have been ripped off by this company and i will give you all the info i have so you to can try to get something done if enough of use complain and bug the you know what out of enough people well get results

ps please make sure in the subject line you write asap motors rip off or something like that i dont open all mail

Please help me if you can get in toutch with all the victims who have been taken for a ride by asap motors - you do not provide e-mail addresses for communicating with thes many individuals. I have been fighting with asap motors for 2 years concerning a defective "broken transmission" upon recieval, they would not stand behind - or take back. A class action law suit against asap motors by we who have been ripped off is the only solution to stopping this terriable company & the devils who own & run this company. Even if you win the court battle as I did they wont let go - they file appeals. They make sure that by the time their finished with you, your legal fees will far surpass their original bill - this just aint right.. So any one or all out there. Lets get together & go after these thugs.!!!! They just dont think there is any one out there to take them to task - strength is in numbers.

well get the transmission put in lasted about 2 weeks.only place my son drove it was to the store which i could also walk to he didnt yet have a licenses just permit so couldnt drive alone .but it was a piece of junk and this place needs shut down and they need be made to give everyone there money back.i hope someone will get the balls to close them up.

on feb 1st and is the right one also recived a phone call from dina on feb 3rd to tell me she was sorry for the way i was treated .told her that i shouldnt have been lied to over and over again about the part being shipped out the next day and it not.she agreed .
