Associated Resume Writers SuperMedia is a RIPOFF!!! Vienna Virginia
Supermedia is a complete ripoff, I have never, in all my 25 years of business ever come across such a scam by a major company! Supermedia Idearc LLC,uses deceptive sales practices combined with undelivered promised services, yet they still bill and threaten you! I agreed to purchase advertising on a pay per click contract. The sales rep promised that their program would "drive a lot of customers to my web site" The first month I received an e-mail report on their service and they reported NO visits to my web site that month BUT they still billed me for $322.00. The second month their report only TWO clicks (visits to my website). I received a bill for the two months of $644.00, so I called them and canceled the advertising and also gave the a piece of my mind regarding the fact that they never delivered the traffic to my web site that they promised. Each month, they bill me for additional services and they have referred the matter to a collection agency who now wants $1,071.48 to settle that matter! NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT with SuperMedia. FYI, They have changed their name to DEX MEDIA, so BEWARE!
