Atlantic Debt Solutions - Charles Sherman - boutofdebt.com ripoff very dishonest and scheming, not faithful to customers Wellington Trace Florida
September 2004 I enrolled in Mr. Charles Sherman's debt negotation program, Atlantic Debt Solutions, and made monthly payment for 1 year. I then decided, in September of 2005, to withdraw from his program due to him not being able to be contacted and his dishonesty to me.
Mr. Sherman owed me $1780.00 after his fees were deducted and said he would have my money to me in 1 month. One month came around and I still didn't have my money. I called and left several messages and he never returned my call until I threatened to contact the attorny general.
Finally, March 28,2006, 6 months later, he deposited $780.00 into my checking account. I still have not received the rest of my money as of yet. Each time I speak to him he tells me to give him a little longer because something has come up, or he ignores my calls and does not respond back.
It has now been almost nine months since I withdrew from his company and still have not yet recieved the rest of my money.
