Hello I am a service rep in the northern region...Id like to shed some light on this matter. 99% of people call us and say the want cable. Us as services rep offer TV when you ask for cable we check for UVERSE availablity...The next best thing is DISH NETWORK...that comes with a satellite...You dont have Directv You have Dish Network...When we say Dish Network we can only assume you know what we are talking about. During the call you have the option for any range of items you can add or delete..You need to ask or it may not be added. As a rep Id prefer you have Unlimited LD...If it wasnt added call and add it we will take care of that. But as far as the Dish Network order...when you called ATT the first time we read a list of disclosures and when they come to install you are made aware of the agreement either 18 or two years...If you dont want the dish or want the contract you have the right to say no...I dont want it...regardless if it was you or your wife there..Sorry about the inconvience...But contracts
