ATT Uverse ATT Uverse locks you into a contract and penalizes you massively if you pay your bill late. Dallas, TX
ATT Uverse will lock you into a contract, then if you miss a payment they will massivley penalize you. They charge $30 per service as a 'restoral' fee. If you have a bungle with them that adds up to $90.
