AT&T Wireless Atrocious Billing practices and nonexistent customer services National national
AT&T wireless have the worst customer service that i have encountered in my life. i am now on hold with them for 3 hrs and still holding - I just want to see how long this lasts.
First I got a $50 dollar extra charge for roaming which was wrong since I am on a national plan and I never went outside their coverage area. I try to report this to their customer service and they claim that I am on a local calling plan butwhen I challenge this they claim their systems are down!! That excuse seems to be their favorite one judging by other ATT rip off reports on this web site.
Any way I am still trying after 3 and a half hrs to see if a sensible human being can be found that represents AT&T wireless.
