at&t wireless

do not use at&t wireless go plans or any other contract plans. their billing practices are deceptive and unethical. Am i the only one that thought pre-paid is money that is yours and you have paid cash already for a set amount of service that you were entitled to. I had a $14.00 balance left on my pre-paid account and at&t charged my account for another months pre-paid service-which is fine, but the already $14.00 balance should be applied to the account.

they are keeping thier $14.00 and state that amount has "expired" and i cannot get that back. am i wrong in understanding the definition of prepaid? please do not use at&t wireless for your cell phone needs. the wireless local number portability should help you a little change to another carrier if your with at&t now.

My website should be up in the next couple of days if you would like to leave feedback or complaints. i will be forwarding all complaints to the attorney general and the better business bureau.
