I was told I could not have a refund because the product had been opened.
I advised I work for attorneys and would be reviewing their company policy with them.
The supervisor then 'approved' a refund in the amount of $41.98. I will be speaking with the attorneys still.
However, I am chalking this up to a 'lesson learned' if it seems too good to be true...it usually is.
