if you are interested we just need a short story of your situation which is already shown on this site. if you have interest Im not letting them get away with their fraudulent activity, the more involved the better the outcome they atty will contact you or I will they are going to look over the information given and advise of class action or individual action

I am also in the same boat as the rest of the people on this site, all similar stories with regretful endings. However im not going to let them win over me or anyone else they have defrauded and stole from....some of you have gone to the state attorneys office and attorneys. the FTC and The BBB dosent seem to rattle them at all. But last message i left on the answering machine of our so called counselor ( or company thief), who by the way hasnt answered my calls or faxes, the realtors who have the sale information of my property, the title company I have letters from these individuals who will stand up in a courtroom and sware under oath as to getting no response or call backs. So my last message left for my counselor Denise Mecca i told her i was going to issue complaint with the Federal bureau of investigation. I then actually got a call back (MIRACLE). She wanted to know what i meant I told her i wasnt going to stand by and let this happen to us or anyone else. She then stated that she was going to deny our new short sale request even though the buyers already pulled out because they never responded in time we owed 228,00 to aurora pur seconfd was going to settle for 5,000, in the short sale. the offer on the property was 249,000 which more thwn covered the amount aowed to aurora but just like what they have done to so many of you they let it linger so interest could compound as doing of theres not ours i was on the ball issued all documents necessary, they tcked on 0ver 11,000 in interest and refused the sqle if they accepted in a timely fashion it would have been old and also Im not on the loan so i had to have my husband do a rlease so i could discuss the matter. Im not on the loan but they destroyed my credit also for there negligence. Im taking all these complaints to the local FBI office nad im going to find a great atty who will do us all justice anyone interested can contact me and add themselves to the list or possibly the atty that will handle this will contact you....let me know if i could be of any assistance ...thank you
