I read these reports regularly as I am in the auto repair business. The coil you said was $51 from the dealer is actually $128.92 from the dealer and with the labor $221 doesnt sound to far off base for a price. However you can get one from orielly auto parts store aftermarket for 57.93 the brand is BWD and the part # 8661. however you said $51 from the dealer that hurts the credibilty of your story. I have read a lot of these reports and to often you red between the line and do a little homework and find out the truth gets clouded. I am not saying you didnt get ripped off by these people but the story you told here does match up with the truth of the real parts prices. That always brings questions to the rest of the story. least we not forget you can say whatever you want here without having to back it up with any proof. Anyone else can read what I wrote here and verify the prices I listed. If the truth of your story is not a big enough deal to write it honestly here then mabey its not that big of a deal to write at all.
