The following Alligations are to be just that alligations.
Mike Pham, Mincho Pham aka Max martin are just a few of the names he has used. He has been doing illegal sub-leasing of vehicles for years and currently is under inditment in California. He might tell you he has beaten the charges, however that to is a lie.
However if you take the time to ask question of law enforcement in California thay may set the record straigt.
If you recive a contact from any of these individuals or this company be extreamely careful, I and a lot of people have been victims of Mr. Pham. He contacts invividuals who advertize their vehicle for someone to take over their payments because of their own financial difficulties. DO NOT place you faith and future in these unscrupulous individuals.
They will contact you if you advertize your casr on Swapalease.com or Craigslist.com plus many more sites.
Should you get involved with these individuals be ready for a full time effort to recover your vehicle. Remmember your still responsible to the leaseing comapny and the bank. Read your contract most have clauses forbidding you from transfering possession of and owned or securied vehicle and you will need to pay if the other person didn't.
