Complaint Review: Automated Internet Group - Phoenix Arizona

"Tim" signed me up for my domain name for my website. that was easy enough. so far it seems to me like a "real" business. just that i have zero budget money to do this with. they have a nice site. i got the first half of my walk through and i was waiting for the website coach to contact me so i could tell him i got a domain name. i thought she scheduled me for Wednesday the 5th at 2:00 p.m. the time came and went i was all ready i had my website on the screen, maybe i heard wrong.... thursday 2:00 pm also past without a call, maybe it's next week so i called, i always get someone, i told her my problem, they have a nice customer service dept. Later Thursday evening, My Advertising coach called, i need to send tech support an email with my customer # and domain name and they will take care of that for me. So many helpful people! I'm impressed. so far that's where i'm at.

Richard Dean called me, still not had my walk-thru, wanted to know my goal what i expect to make with my website, I said $5,000.00 a month. ok said something about using other people's money. wanted to know if i had a credit card. my Visa is nearly maxed out i told him. He asks how much is left on it "$30" i say. that's not enough. he has somebody else going to call me and show me how i can advertise for $50-$100 dollars. so far no calls. seems like they want to help. i read the contract i signed: "Special Instructions Automated Internet Group LLC, adhere's to the Federal Buyers Right to cancel in cases of buyer's remorse, in the unlikely event of this occurrence,the client signed below will be eliguble for a refund to be processed in 5 business days from the date we receive your written request. I certify that i have been informed regarding the regulation of payment by my chosen affiliate program provider. I further certify that Automated Internet Group LLC,is in no way responsible for the success of my website(s),I understand and agree to all of the following terms set forth by Automated Internet Group LLC. " date 8/22/07 also still waiting or some more papers with the passwaord to unlock hte store sites. that's it so far 8/24/07 10:30 a.m.

I called A.I.G. this morning talked to Barry, he was nice to me when i told him i wanted to cancel even told me their office manger handels the people who want to cancel. i told hime why i wanted to quit, he said i was all paid up for the year i may as well do it. not that he was trying to change my mind only offer advice. they sure don't act like a Scam! later at 11:20 my time Barry called me back out- of-the- blue, he wants to set up a walk-thru with Brad At 4:00 pm this afternoon. I agreed. (in for a penny in for a pound). if they wanted to pull something they would of done it by now, wouldn't they??? this is very confusing.... they sound like they genuinly wish to help me make a buck. Barry said the advertising is "free".....
