Well I just wanted to update everyone. I did get my gasket set last Friday the 22nd, a full 3 weeks late after they charged my cc. All their emails stating item shipped were bogus because I have all the information from UPS. Funny thing is I got an email from them yesterday stating my items was shipped. Little late guys! I cancelled the CC charge back portion of my complaint with my cc, but I'm letting the fraud complaint continue, plus I got a non "canned" response back from the FTC wanting more information and I mentioned this website. Also the BBB website out there still refuses to list their rating. It keeps saying site down or "NR" rating yet other companies are rated just fine. I will never, EVER, order from this company again. I'll just use their website to review pictures of parts and then order it from someone else.

Well I finally got a tracking number and guess what, they lied again! Their email stated the item was shiped last Monday the 11th. Well guess what, UPS doesn't lie. According to UPS they didn't get the package till this past Monday. Which is a week later than what they claimed they shipped it and two weeks after they charged my credit card. I have no idea if the report here or the BBB and FTC complaints I initiated lit a fire under them, but I've already initated a fraud investigation with my credit card company. So too late guys, MC is going to be paying you a visit.
