It's been almost a month now and I still have not received an authorization to return the parts on my order. The response these wise guys gave the Better Business Bureau was "We would be happy to refund the customer's money. Just follow the procedure on our website". I did, they don't and it looks like they won't. I feel sorry for anyone who has or will place an order with this place. Once they get your money, you're at their mercy, and they don't have any.
