I will not do anything with Autoway Ford in Brooksville, Florida. I was looking at the Mustang GT, but the salesman. A guy that he would think that would get a "GOOD" comission, did not. I was looking to buy a Mustang GT at the Brooksville A/W. and I told them what I wanted, year and being a GT model that I asked for online. The salesman put me in a V-6, he had the payments where it was $450.00 - 500.00 a month. That night that we was tring to see if they would do something, the Sales Manager came out and told me what he thought about the deal, that it would be to high. I even tried to get a discount as a Military Veteran $500 off of the car, he said that you don't have anything that says you served for your country. Then they tried to put me in to a 4-cylinder car, Like a Focus something that I didn't want. A week before, I was at Suncoast Ford looking at a Mustang GT that I now own that "WANTED" to do a deal. And, I will not take my GT to A/W Ford and A/W for any type of service, I will take it to a good shop I know in Brooksville.

The spirit of this law is to protect the buyer of a new car from a catastrophic situation like yours. Autoway's heavy ad campaign turns me off because customers ultimately must pay for it. However, I see only two open reports today in ROR and there used to be hundreds. I bought my last car at Carmax because they had few listings in ROR (but they seem to have more now). I will always check this Rip-off Report first. And, lastly, NEVER EVER LET COTTMAN TRANSMISSIONS (anywhere) service your car! See my report at: http://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=49761 Maybe Autoway is paying attention and will address your need. Show them my reply.
