Flowers were ordered on 5/6/2016 for mothers day to be delivered on 5/8/2016. The flowers delivered were horrible and nothing like the picture. Called them on 5/8, 5/9 and made complaints. They said someone will return the call. They never did. We continued calling and their system will recognize the number and a recording stated they are working on our issue. We spoke to them 3 times and emailed them twice on 5/13/2016. Now on 5/16/2016, we finally got through to Jesus and he said we never called until now. They are liars including Jesus. They offered a $13.00 credit and a $20.00 future order which I would never do. I have all our emails and phone records to prove otherwise. The guy Jesus was so stupid that he accidently put me on a three way with his supervisor without know and I listened to him and his supervisor talking. She is as stupid as was. Do not ever use them.
