Avid Law Center Aron Rofer Avid Law Center goes beyond excellence to settle mis-understanding Aliso Viejo California
For all the readers out there, I just wanted to clarify a few things concerning my posting above so people dont get the wrong impression about Avid Law Center. They did not rip me off and after speaking with their principal attorney, I learned that they did work on my file as promised and are indeed a reputable law firm that can be trusted. First, Avid never said I qualified for a loan modification. Rather, they approved me for representation based on my financial hardship. This is important because I dont want people to think that they made any false promises or improperly guaranteed that they would get me a loan modification. Second, after speaking with Avids principal attorney, I learned that Avid did perform lots of work on my file in numerous respects prior to the time of submitting my file. It just so happened that my loan mod application wasnt submitted until after my second payment was received, because Avid was willing to work out a payment plan with me. Third, I did receive email updates from Avid which stated what was going on with my case. They have also been willing to provide me with any and all of the details concerning my file. Fourth, as I mentioned prior, Avid has agreed to reapply for me given that my financial situation has worsened. They are not heartless and have been sympathetic to my familys situation.
