Deceptive practice of not clearly noting that the 14 day free trial period would roll over into a subscription unless the customer called this number to cancel:888.403.5993 When I called this number, they had no record of who I am, and "they said" they had never heard of Avoir Skin. At the Avoir Skin site, one is directed to the Vitalie Skincare, LLC site as a contact--go figure. The only way I was able to get in touch with Avoir Skin was from the "Ripoff Report" phone number listed for Avoir Skin. After calling them, they assured me they would cancel the account, and give me a 30% credit to my card . . . this remains to be seen. The person with whom I talked did not seem too "with it." I've got your address, Avoir (3760 W Mcfadden Ave., Suite B 602, Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392), and I've done a Google Map search--working out of a strip mall, huh . . . hummmm.
