Axiom Protection is getting sued. If they knew what was good for them, they would try to settle this before it ever goes to court. The woman who's suing them has SO much proof of the discrimination. Axiom can't lie their way out of this one.
They lied to the Michigan Unemployment Agency, Their Employees and now to the Department of Civil Rights. They are in huge trouble. How can someone who lies so much run a legit company? Everyone knows they lie.
They are also trying to scam on overtime.
If they don't settle the suit with her, she's going to rake them over the coals. this company won't survive this.
They are continuing to allow harassment and discrimination to happen within it's employees. Other are considering filing suits also.
They have a few officers that are allowed to create vicious and slanderous rumors and keep their jobs.
They are in big trouble .

And I imagine with the desperate situation in Michigan regarding UNemployment, they will be able to RIP OFF A LOT OF FOLKS . Hire them, charge them a uniform deposit based on the inflated prices of the uniforms and not refund it when they have to turn them back in because they think of a creative reason to FIRE the employee and LIE about the reasons to the Unemployment people and SKIMMING PAYCHECKS is a way of life for these people.... You need to call Social Security and make sure that they were taking out Social Security from your check AND PAYING THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION because --News Flash --THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM -- IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE PAYING SOCIAL SECURITY DEDUCTIONS MADE FOR YOU TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION! If you find out that they are not, you need to have Social Security collect that money OR you will NEVER see if and Social Security is all that we have to retire on these days. DO IT ASAP! Second step, call the CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION of the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and report to them what you wrote and posted here. THE BURDEN OF PROOF WILL BE ON THE SCUMBAGS THAT OWN THE SECURITY COMPANY. The country NEEDS money right now and the IRS WILL COLLECT IT or at least AUDIT them... IF what you say is true, these jokers MAY be facing some BIG FINES and some FEDERAL SLAMMER TIME... Third Step, Report them to the nearest office of the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION. Report it as just a plain SEXUAL HARASSMENT and CREATING A HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT based on GENDER AND SETTING YOU UP FOR FAILURE ( Improperly trained on post and not being shown a complete job description --unless you were issued an Employee Handbook and signed a paper stating you were issued such a book and that you read it... even then, you can alleged you were not given proper instructions on what the security services client wanted you do do on the post where you were assigned). Leave the GAY out of it. It should matter, but in this case, it won't. Just SEXUAL HARASSMENT is enough with the other details is good enough to take to EEOC. Also, did you have access to rest rooms, drinking water and a First Aid kit on that post? If the answer is NO, report them to OSHA -- a federal government agency--Occupational Safety and Health Administration. AND you definitely need to report the PAY discrepancies to the FEDERAL WAGES & HOURS PEOPLE ( some states have Labor Boards, take it there!)AND to yoru State Employment agency... THEN, quickly get another jobs AND DO NOT USE THEM AS A REFERENCE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS...
