This is Mike Adams from Az-Tech Glass Tint. I was indeed called to this mans house to tint his Volvo. After discussing what shades he wanted on his car, I tinted his car and after completion he inspected it throughly and was extremely pleased with the services provided. (By the way, I don't even smoke)
Approximately 1 week later, we recieved a call from the customer stating that there was a stratch in the rear drivers side roll-up. I informed him that although scratches in the tint are not covered under the factory warranty, I would be glad to take a look at it. I tried several times to schedule him in to review the problem. The customer repeatedly rescheduled the appointment time becuse of work related conflicts. I finally told him to give me a call when he indeed had a break in his schedule.
I never heard from him again. Next thing I know I was informed of this bogus complaint issued on this website.
Moral of this story? Some people, you just can't please no matter how hard you try. I have been in the window tinting industry for over 30 years and have tinted many many cars, houses and commercial buildings with VERY minimal complaints. No one is perfect and no one does flawless work 100% of the time. However, service is my number one priority and this man just refused to allow me to rectify the problem for him, even though scratches are not covered under any circumstances under the warranty.

Have you checked your interior for cigarette burns yet?
Cigarette smoke probably isn't good for the tint adhesion either.
What a SCUMBAG!
