We have been in contact with customer many times. We can easily supply copies of emails and correspondance with customer and his son concerning the issue of this crib that was damaged in transit by the freight carrier. Customer refused delivery of crib, contacted us, we responded that we would refund the crib once it was received back into us from the trucking company. Customer was refunded his entire amount when we received the damaged crib back and was sent an email from our credit card company with the refund information when it occurred.
