Beware. Todays Gear, Backyard Gear has a long history of defective products and not responding to customer inquiries or warranty claims. If you call thier support number on their site you will only get a recording and prompt to leave message. No one responds to phone, email or mail. In my case I brought their Deluxe Barbeque Station BB150 and it began leaking profusely after the second use. Note, I only used this product a total of two times on holidays and it had issues. It is now a piece of junk sitting in my backyard. I have spent hours emailing, leaving messages and writing this company which never responded.
If anyone has issues with the company I would advise them to log an incident here and do the following.
