I know nothing about the firm you mentioned. I can tell from having worked as a personal imjury paralegal for different law firms: individiual cases were always assigned (immediately) to a case manager a.k.a. legal asst, a.k.a personal injury paralegal. Letters to insurance companies were sent out immediately and everything was documented in a special "personal injury software" that kept track of things like phone calls and client contact. We also kept clients informed on a weekly basis about their case. If a client called and was unsure who their case manager was, the receptionist or anyone for that matter, could type their name into the computer and the case manager's name would pop up, along with the representing attorney's name. The client then would be transferred to their case manager. That is something that use to take mere seconds. Again, I know nothing about the firm mentioned in the original posting.
