Bank Of America Credit Cards Fia Card Services/Garry King Lied to take monies not agreed to on paper West Seneca New York
my husband and i had a joint bank of america card.we owed over $9,0000.i had talked to a senior account manager garry king senior account manager on december 19,2007.i had agreed to pay the $1400.00 he offered to settle the account.i agreed.however it seem my husband had other accounts with bank of america credit cards,without my name as joint or authorized user.after agreeing to pay the $1400.00 i asked for a letter to confirm the agreement.he sent that letter to me in a envelope with NO return address on it.now being january 03,08 it seems that bank of america helped themselves more to my account then they agreed.
when i called today i spoke with a man that refused to give me his name and he explain to me that my husband agreed to pay on his cards.well thats all well if that is true,but it is not.my husband was in the hospital recoving from a stroke.so they lied and helped themselves to as much money as they wanted.we are both on social security disability and have limited funds.
i have all medical records on my husband to prove this so called conversation never took place with bank of america and my husband.furthermore my husband name is not on my account so how can they help themselves to my money?
