Bank Of America Did not honor a stop payment request for a Carleton Sheets Scam. Wilmington , North Carolina

Bank Of America and the No Money Down Scam,
Bank of America charged me to stop payment on a Carleton Sheets, No Money down offer/Scam and over-drafted my empty, closed account for 504.85.
I didn't even have the course, want the course or need the scam course and drove down to the bank to make sure that they didnt give my money to these people and was absolutely astounded when I found out later they had ignored my, "paid for", stop payment.
I was informed by the bank, after making sure that the loan officer I sat with in person had placed a stop payment on a purchase and even emptied and closed my account, that the bank had decided to ignore my stop payment, and overdraft my closed, empty account. (Not just the $19.95, advertised on TV but an unbelievable amount exceeding $504.85.)
I went back to the same loan officer that had assured me the stop payment was complete and she told me there was nothing she could do, while just a few days earlier I had personally watched as she stopped payment on the transaction, gave me a receipt and closed that account. She than said the only thing I could do, since it was paid, was dispute the bill.
Dispute the Bill? (I dont want the bank to give my money to anybody, after paying to stop payment without my permission in the first place;it is my money, not theirs.)
Flash Back two months earlier:
Im sitting in the Bank of America with a statement in my hand. The statement has $90 in overdraft fees for a loaf of bread, a Sunday newspaper and 5 gallons of gas for my lawnmower. After a heated discussion the loan officer reluctantly put a block on all my accounts for any overdrafts.
So with a block on my account, facing a $19.95 per month fee for No Money down updates and $504.84 for a $19.95 course, I closed my account, stopped payment on the Scam and was ripped off for over $500 and had my credit ruined by the actions of my Bank. To hire a lawyer that was willing to take on the behemoth bank started with a minimum retainer is $10,000.
To this day I still dont have the Carleton Sheets course and cant get a bank account with anybody because BAC decided my money belonged to them and they could charge any amount they wanted in my name.
