BEWARE, first Fred will refinance you first mortgage, then he will offer a 2nd on your property...read the 2nd very carefully because what he wants is for you to default on the secound take over the first and sell your property through his other company West End Properties located at the same address as his Mortgage company ( Bankers West Mortgage). Go to a respectable Bank for financing DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE MAN SHOP.
