AOUTOMOBILE/CAMPERVAN RENTERS BEWARE!! I submitted my credit card information to basecampervans to rent one of their vans. Once they received my information all communications stopped Jen Lopez would not respond to emails ,telephone calls or texts. Now there is someone making fraudulent charges on my credit card, I have not used this card in months or provided it to anyone other than basecampervans since it was used several months ago. I can't prove it is basecampervans making the fraudulent charges but it sure looks bad given the circumstances.
