Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was trying to buy a 2006 Lincoln vehicle vin# 1LNHAM87A86Y604504 from BASIN MITSUBISHI located 3915 W. wall street in Midland Texas, 79701. The contract date was 2/28/2013. They failed to transfer registration/title, also failed to have the State inspection done. For over month of trying to have them provide this service they still failed to transfer the car into my name and the lien holders name. I have documented proof of my efforts to obtain this from the dealer and to attempt in good faith to resolve this. They also failed to fix major engine issues they promised to fix. On 4/5/2013 while the car was still in not registered to me, I was in an accident which totaled out the car. Because the dealer failed to follow the law and transfer the car into my name with 30+ days of signing the contract my insurance dropped coverage on it as they can't cover a car not registered to the covered party. On 4/10/2013 I notified the Dealership/owner in writing for the second time after nemerious call were not returned, Lien holder and wrecking yard that the liability lays on the responsibility of the dealer as the owner of the vehicle/responsible party for this car. The temporary tag #28H1036 had also expired on 4/9/2013. Which I am going to add that as of June 17,2013 they still have failed to provide proff if transfer/registraiton to the contraery. I informed the dealer not to attempt to transfer the vehicle as it would be fraudulent on their part to do so as it is their responsibility to resolve the accident, damages, and loan and any coat incurred by me as well as over $20,000.00 dollars I am already out do to their negligence, and not following the law of Texas! Now I am looking at medicial costs for everyone in the car, a negitive mark on my credit, replacement of the car and other costs that continue to pile up. I have filed complaints with the BBB, The Atorney General and now going to file with the State licening Department and any where else I can because they are ripping people like me off, braking the law and need to be stopped. They do not think they have to answer to anyone and don't about at all about what their actions are doing to the people they are suppose to be serving in Midland!
