As we strive to satisfy each and every client it is unfortunate that some times we do not exceed our customers expectations. We care deeply about the perception that our valued clients have about their products and our service. Our customers are always right! We receive many many more compliments and awards for our excellent service than we do complaints. The people mentioned in this complaint are no longer with our organization and we can provide an extensive referral list os satisfied clients at your request. We have also won all of Angie's List awards. We do regret any lost opportunity to excel and we strive to exceed all of our client's expectations.
