Called and advised that I owed ATT $85.36 for a closed account. I stated that I would need to contact ATT and that a paper bill must be received prior to me taking care of the possible balance. Transfrerred me to Martin Green, Supervisor, who was even worse that the original caller. He would not accept that I would not do anything over the phone, but only after I confirmed that balance with ATT and received a paper bill form Bay Area Credit Service. i finally had to hang up on him to stop the harrassment.
