Bay Area Credit Svc LLC - Allen Foreign accent, firm & rude, quite the a*hole ATLANTA , Georgia
I received a phone call from and 800 number that requested to speak to my husband. I stated he was not home at this time what is this in regards to, I was told a personal matter. I asked again and the idiot said he could not talk to me. After a pause I stated I am his wife speak to me.
After going around about it I asked his name which was Allen. He was hesitant then asked if I handle the finances, yes I said. Then Allen started his written speech to try to collect over $170 on a canceled phone company service I stated I will need to research this and get back to this matter. He was a rude a*****e and was adamant I give him my financial information and if I did not take care of it, it will be turned over to the credit agencies and be a bad mark on my husbands credit. Guess he didn't get it that it would affect me too. Must have been a womanizer.
After continuing this idiot conversation at which he had no apathy to us having identity theft 2 times and I will not give any info, again stated I will research and return his call, he gave me 2 hours to check it out and he would call me back. After looking this name up on line and found it on this Ripoff Report page, I then called the phone company and completed it all with the complete understanding by Donna CS rep. complete with the knowledge that butthead Allen I spoke with makes a commission and that is also why he was adamant. I have now not to worry about our credit, the matter was handled politely with further information we had been waiting to hear about from the phone co. and no need to worry that this whole mess with the third party will ever affect our relationship with AT &T. After all, we have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. What a butt Allen, Bay Area Credit Service LLC all are! We still love you AT &T!
We then called Bay Area Credit Service LLC, after speaking to another foreigner we got Allen, informed him the matter is done. What a Jerk he was. Doesn't he or anyone get it that there are scams and most of us are smart enough to want to research things first? Sheeeeeeeeeeeeesh.
