He markets himself as a licensed realtor in the Philippines but he is not.
He took money and never provided the proper documents. I hired a lawyer for this and his lawyer said he would forward the documents but never did.
He refuses to return my money.
He hides his real name (Oystein Christiansen).
He then threatens to use his political and immigration contacts to threaten you. I have filed a complaint with the US Dept of Justice. I am also pursuing legal actions in the Philippines.
