BEACHBODY CANT SAY ONLINE Beachbody lied to me Internet
I ordered the 21 day fix from Beachbody. They fixec me alright. I was told I had 30 days to try their product. I thought I would wait at least 3 weeks to make up my mind. I decided not to continue with their product and 25 days after my shipment arrived I tried to call to cancel any further shipments. The phone numbers I found in my email confirmations and online all lead me to an automated answering service. The 1st 800# led me to a second 800# as an option if I wanted to speak to a real person. That was just the same recording from the original number. I then used the phone number they had listed with my bank account so I tried calling that one. I got yet another automated answering service only this time it was in Spanish. These people that are saying everything went fine for them or they were able to get through to customer service without any problem more than likely works there or someone in their family does. Of course it could be they are not calling the same phone numbers so just dont believe them. I recieved my order on the 10th of September. I decided not to continue with their product so I contacted them via live chat - eventually - to inform them I would not be continuing with their product and for them not to draft my account for any further shipments. Well it just so happens that the day before I made this phone call they had already sent in a draft for a second payment in addition to another $81.00 charge for only God knows what. The live chat rep informed me that it was too late to cancel the next shipment because they had already sent in for the draft and shipped the next months product. According to my calendar 30 days last for, well, 30 days. Evidently Beachbody has a different calendar from mine. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SCUM BAD SHCEMES.
