beaver creek armory DAVID FRAIZER I HELPED DAVE FRAIZER TO START HIS BUSINESS /GOT QUITE A SUPRISE WHEN HE FAILED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT AND GOODS OWED TO ME HILLSBORO, Oregon
I had worked with David Fraizer for several years. Dave told me he wanted to open a gun shop after he got his ffl license . I bought one AR15 from him and gave him money to order
another custom made AR15 target rifle.
I worked a couple of gun shows with Dave and his wife Joann, built several gun display racks, and gun display cabinets that we traded out for guns.
Dave next asked me to build two more display cases and some furniture for his home. Dave and Joanne came to my shop and picked up the display cases and furniture , also 15 of my guns for them to sell in the new store.
I never had any communication with Dave Fraizer after that day, he refused to answer my phone calls and emails. I hired an attorney and, Fraizer refused to return my guns with out a transfer fee. he also never paid for the furniture, or produced the custom AR15 target rifle.
Finally I sued him and have only been able to recoup several hundreds of dollars compared to the thousands that he owes me.
