Bel fury investment group Mid America investment group Fraud they keep my $840 dep and the house was immaculate cleaned then tried to charge me a additional $856 Omaha Nebraska
We lived at xx Bedford st for 3 years when we requested a move out walk through on 2 separate occasions they said no. The house was cleaned immaculately all of the floors carpets were cleaned walls washed drawers cleaned out home in perfect condition. When we received our moved check-out sheet the charged us a additional $856 in charges and tried to sue me. When we went to court there lawyer should up but they did not we made a deal wit us where they would drop there there civil suit if we agreed to drop ours. Through research we found out the city tagged the property with numerous code violations they had to rio out the walls in tge basement due the black mold and water damage this was told to me by the new tenant and we found it on line. They are slums lords never wanted to fix anything in the 3 years we moved there. We figured that the people with the Code violation went first. We had bug and mice infestation because there was holes in the foundation they said they woud fix. Every time we called them with repair it took 4 calls to get someone out. They said stove and frig was not included the stove was built in so when it broke they wanted to repair it. Whey would I put a built in stove in someone else house we went out and brought burners to cook on. Every summer the air broke every winter the furnace broke and they did not care. Just kept keeping the rent money.
