Bella Restor markets beauty products online with a first order being shipped for shipping costs only. Order confirmation comes by email showing zero cost for the item and $9.91 for shipping of each item. There is nothing on the order confirmation to warn the customer that they will be charged full price for the product unless a phone call is made to cancel the order within 14 days.
Further, the original order for trial portions of the product automatically sets up a monthly order of the same products unless cancelled.
The cost for their product is exorbitant: 1 ounce of skin cream at $89+ for example. The shipping charges never show up on your credit card statement, but the full price of the product does.
The marketing and order process both need major improvement to make them more transparaent. I recomment you not order anything from Bella Restor.
