Bellezza - Seattle Coffee Company Fraudulant Scam! Evanston Illinois
My husband signed up on the internet for a coffee trial that he was lead to belive was without obligation and at only a cost of $5. Instead we were charged $25 on 3/3. Then beginning on 3/5, and consecutively on 3/9, 3/12, 3/17, & 3/20 our account was charged $38.95 each date for a total of over $200.00. None of these charges were authorized except for the original $5.00 charge. We never received 6 seperate shipments.
My husband called after the $25 and first $38.95 charge to be sure we wouldn't be getting any more coffee and to find out how to get a refund for what we had. He was told to return the unopened coffee for a refund. He made it clear that we didn't want to be obligated further to any sort of membership, but we continued to incur charges. This company is obviously operating a scam in the hopes that people won't go to the bother to try to make it right.
