I purchased a set of guitar lessons from www.vGuitarLessons.com buy using payPal. After the payment of 97.00 USD was made I got redirected back to www.vGuitarLessons.com which didn't confirm the payment. As a matter of fact, the site said "no purchases made yet" and I wasn't able to download my promised guitar lessons in form of video files.
I was trying several times to get in contact with those people but they ignored all my emails. I was trusting this 'service' since they run professionals adverts on youTube. I can't believe youTube is supporting this kind of criminal behaviour. I then posted non insulting comments on their youTube material. Mentioning that I didn't received what I paid for and today I found out they deleted my comments and banned me from posting anymore.
I double checked my credit card account and the money was in deed paid to the above company.
The guy who supposedly owns this site and business calls himself Ben Lowrey. He is a very friendly and trustworthy looking guy who talks in an British accent. His website looks professional and trustworthy too.
I would like to see this guy in court. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you customer for saying the matter has been resolved, its a shame Rip Off Report don't take this off You Tube. Tech hitches happen to us all. I am a very happy customer of this site and they are a very well run business who would not dream of ripping any one off Thank you again

After I called Ben Lowrey he managed to deliver the goods I purchased instantly. I think the issue was simply an internal logistic problem rather than a real rip off. Though it felt like it at first, when I didn't get trough to them after my purchase. I think its mandatory to process e-commerce purchases and the customer support what goes along with it fast and reliable. Otherwise people get worried very quickly. I consider the issue resolved.
