Benard Haldane ripoff They promised a lot but did not follow through screwed others too Akron Ohio
First I would like to thank everyone who posted comments about this company. It saved me thousands of dollars. I had my "intial interview" with Cathrine Slemenda. She was very pleasant and seem to be really interesting in me, which so far in my job search there has not been great responses to my resume.
At 1st I thought "finally, someone who sees the real me." Little did I know that she was stroking my ego and was trying to set me up for the kill. By the end of my 1st meeting I was feeling pretty good, until she ask that for my second interview that my wife would need to come in.
She quickly told me that they want to get everyone involve in the job "career change." I set up the 2nd appointment, walked out of the office with my head sort of spinning from the whirlwing of thing thrown at at me (3 or 4 written test, an hour of personal questions.)
On my way home I was going over the whole thing in my mind and realized that she never once asked msemed to center around e specifics of what I did or was capable of doing. Everything seem to center around what my personal status was. Because the told me about their company having 90 offices world wide and all of the work they did with military families, I figured that the would have some type of internet site.
I jumped on the computer and checked them out. Sure enough they had a site, but I noticed that there were a lot of posting on the search page that Haldanes net address. So I hit the 1st one found their nice little "line of bull." I went bachk to the search page and hit next, there at the bottom was this site. Boy was I happy to have found this before I had to pay 2 or 3 thousand dollars.
Bottom line here is that, this company prays on people when they are down and to me that is the lowest form of con artist. I did not bother to call and cancell my appointment, but I did get a call from them and as soon as I mentioned the "Rip Off Report" she quickly said ok and goodbye. Hummm wonder why????
