My credit score was c+ to b yet my loan is 25% apy for 180 months plus fees. I originally thought it was for 60 months no fees and a lower rate. On a $6k loan in 38 months I've paid them nearly $4k and less than $300.00 has appliedto principal.

They tried to "pack" my loan with insurance. They did not supply me with all of my loan documentation.

They used high-pressure tactics, commended me on my credit score and told me I would be getting a "good rate".

I've tried to resolve this. I have faithfully made my payments. However, anyone in this position. PLEASE contact your Attorneys General office of Consumer Affairs, and deposit all of your payments in escrow pending a resolution.

That is what I am doing today!

Who told you do stop paying and set up an escrow account? I might understand doing that if you filed a lawsuit against them that is pending and a court ordered a "stay" of making payments until the case is adjudicated. What makes you think you can do this???
