I bought a SUV from them also (01 ML430) and it wasn't till we got home and pulled up a report on it that it had been in an accident in FL 2002!!! We decided to keep it anyway because the report showed that the dealers (MB) bought it back and fixed it before letting selling it... Well one day on a routine service @ MB dealership, they told us there are huge problems with the SUV amounting to some $13k worth of repairs, mainly from the accident (I say this because the first thing they asked me when the called me for the follow up was "Did I have an accident in the truck?" and I immediately thought of the report about FL 02... Fast forward...we took it back to Luxury Motors, I spoke to the GM there, peed off obviously that they sold me a lemon, and they basically fixed it, took about a week but they also took care of me with a loaner, everything FREE OF CHARGE! They have certified techs there to work on ALL types of models of cars. You probably got them when they had a whole bunch of people leaving the place, and people who were taking care of you at the time were people temporarily upgraded to that level to cover the staff shortage and absence...I found this out late last year by talking with the customer service dr whom a year before was working on my SUV and remebered it! Fight your case to the end!
